Musashi is hiring for an Accounting Supervisor who will be responsible for direct supervision of the associates and activities in the accounts payable/receivable function as well as the training and performance management. Ensures the timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers, maintains accurate records and control reports. Negotiates with past due accounts, ensures outstanding account balance. Weekly KPI, month end and year-end financial reporting and analysis. Suggests and makes improvements to accounts payable/receivable and technology processes. Uphold company policies of customer satisfaction through continuous improvement.
