Myers Kanata Nissan requires a Financial Services Manager to ensure that all customers are served in a timely manner.
Applicants with previous Business/Financial Manager experience are an asset but not a requirement.
This position at our dealership requires the Financial Services Manager to interact with our customers and establish a rapport. The Financial Services Manager reviews the customer’s purchase agreement and payment options including but not limited to their credit application, available warranties, vehicle protections, credit insurance benefits, and other options. The Financial Service Manager also prepares all of the legal and insurance documents.
The successful candidate will be organized, able to manage many client files, and communicate clearly and effectively with staff, clients, banks, and manufacturer representatives. The ability to prioritize in a busy high-volume atmosphere is essential.
It is most important that the Financial Services Manager maintains a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) with our customers.

- automotive finance: 1 year (preferred)
