myKaarma is a young software company with offices in Kitchener (ON, Canada), Long Beach (CA, USA), and Noida (UP, India), whose software is used automotive dealerships in USA and Canada for communications, payments, scheduling, video, pickup and delivery, and mobile service to enhance the service experience for vehicle owners.

What will you do?
=========
- We are a small and dynamic team so you will get a chance and should work on multiple product lines, different tech stacks including but not limited to building microservices, Mobile app development, third-party integrations.
- You will design, develop, and test software components that will be used by automotive dealerships to interact with their customers. Interactions ranging from scheduling appointments to taking payments to tracking status of pickup & delivery on a map and much more.
- Be the owner of your module/solution. Engage others as and when needed for reviews. Work with QA, deployment, and product team to make sure your solutions go through the complete cycle of Dev, QA and alpha, beta, and general availability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, including customers, to understand the business needs that your solution must fulfill. Clearly communicate project goals and timelines to your team leader/product manager, and deliver as promised.
- Take initiatives to improve the general architecture and reliability of the application. You will have the power and responsibility to pull the Andon cord and push for your ideas especially when it comes to building fast vs building reliably.
