What you will do -The Senior Recruiter will source, screen, and prep the best available perse talent, positioning our candidates for success on interesting and meaningful assignments.
What will you bring
The successful candidate will possess a background with:
Prior IT Staffing experience
Strong sourcing skills using multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Dice, ATS databases)
Experience working in a metrics driven environment
Strong communication skills
Ability to build meaningful relationships with candidates
Organization- be able to effectively plan your day and week, updating Genesis10 systems in a timely manner
Experience with Bullhorn is a plus
