What do we offer you?
This position offers the opportunity to join an expanding Go-To-Market (‘GTM’) Operations team and sit at the table with the N-able GTM Leadership Team as the go-to analyst for measuring performance and providing input for strategic decision making. The GTM Operations team is expanding its analyst motion to augment our performance reporting, data analysis capabilities and business analytics competencies. The analyst will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with various other functions such as Product, Product Marketing, Engineering, and others alongside their function’s leadership to guide business decisions.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify key trends and provide data-driven recommendations that influence cross-functional decisions.
- Collect and analyze Technical Support performance data helping identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
- Develop and maintain capacity planning models and build reporting that demonstrates progress against plans.
- Create documentation that captures standard operating policies, procedures, and processes as necessary.
- Develop and maintain appropriate reports and dashboards; provide analysis of outcomes that help inform decisions and support business cases
- Confidently present data-driven insights and recommendations that influence decisions to different levels of leadership across the business.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years experience in a high-paced technical support operations team in a Business Analyst capacity; or demonstrative experience analyzing datasets and translating findings to actions.
- Demonstrative ability to prioritize new requests and ongoing project work that sets and manages stakeholders’ expectations.
- Highly skilled with Tableau and MS Excel; complex formulas, models, pivot tables, macros, etc.
- 3+ years hands on experience with Salesforce.com and Service Console
- Hands-on experience with Erlang or other call-center staffing models
- Highly detailed but can balance perfection and progress.
