We are currently looking for an Office Clerk available to work Monday through Friday between 9:00 and 5:00. The pay range for this position is between $17.50 and $20.00 per hour + paid time off, benefits starting immediately, discounts on parts and many more benefits and perks!

Are you a highly organized individual with a keen attention to detail looking for an administrative position.

Customer service is your trademark and you are always able to find an alternative solution to meet the needs of customers?

You will be responsible for :

• Receiving parts and accessories in the computer syste
• Follow-up on purchases, invoicing and vendor returns
• Payment of suppliers
• Inventory management
• Perform various clerical tasks (filing, data entry, photocopying, etc.).

To join our team, you need:

• 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Parts experience an asset but not a requirement
• Knowledge of MS Office
