A sneak peak at what you’ll be doing

• Identify marketing opportunities with for our overall business, from internal to external communications
• Jam on storytelling and visual concepts to build marketing content across our channels using different mediums
• Actively engage in feedback sessions, both providing and receiving feedback to refine and enhance marketing content and strategies
• Ensure brand consistency in content through tone, voice and terminology, as well as visual design and aesthetics
• Collaborate with Sr. Leadership team in monthly strategy meetings and develop marketing solutions for business development
• Transform abstract ideas and strategies into concrete content, whether visual, written, or video

What you bring to the table

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing OR marketing and communications role
• Skilled at transforming ideas into compelling visual, written, or video content, with a focus on continuous improvement through feedback
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, executed among various digital channels and attention to detail
• A take charge attitude with an ability to self-manage tasks and deliverables
• Familiar with brand standards and guidelines
• An eye for design and aesthetics
• Strong organization skills and diligence in having a self-starter mentality and a strong work ethic
• Be a creative storyteller with a knack for influencing through narratives
• Collaborative team player who excels in group discussions and values feedback
