Senior Advisor Regulatory Audits

As Senior Advisor – Regulatory Audits, you will be responsible for carrying out various mandates in a diversified environment, exercising your expertise with the sectors assessed and their stakeholders and being part of a stimulating and dynamic team.
Your role :
Plan and perform evaluations to ensure business units comply with regulatory requirements.
Carry out various mandates and projects that have a major impact on the Bank’s activities.
Make recommendations to mitigate risks of regulatory non-compliance.
Write reports and communicate results to the leaders of the business lines involved.
Follow up on action plans issued from the recommendations made.
Perform analyses using data analysis tools

Competencies required:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience, OR master’s degree in a related field and 3 years of relevant experience;
Agile, results-oriented and able to work in a team with multidisciplinary experts;
Independent, accountable, collaborative, diligent and proactive;
Bilingualism, both spoken and written (English and French), because some mandates can take place in English spoken unit (e.g. at our London or New York branches amongst others).
Preferred competencies:
CPA, CIA, CAMS or CFE designation, an asset;
Canadian Securities Course, an asset;
Experience in external or internal audit, compliance, risk management, the fight against fraud, an asset;
Knowledge of products and services of Wealth Management and Financial Markets, an asset;
Knowledge of tools such as Power BI, an asset;
