National Bank is stepping up its expansion with the opening of Retail Banking services in National Bank Financial offices and is building a team of truly passionate professionals who are committed to going the extra mile to offer unparalleled service to their distinctive clientele.
Main challenges:
To offer solutions and advice on all aspects of wealth management for high-net worth clients and their families. Provide financial expertise and the framework to support the current generations’ needs to grow their wealth for the benefit of future generations and, in many cases, philanthropic organizations.
Specifically, you will:
Structure complex credit requests
Interpret financial data using a sophisticated analysis and submit financing and credit renewal applications
Help grow the Bank’s share of wallet and increase profitability by providing banking solutions to National Bank Financial clients, in line with their profiles and goals
Rigorously apply processes and procedures to properly analyze clients’ needs, and establish an integrated and profitable financial strategy with them
Manage client journey map with the Investment Advisor in keeping with the client base
Build client relationships based on trust
Guide clients accurately to achieve their financial planning goals
Be responsible for the sustainability of the relationship with your clients and ensure profitability of your clients’ portfolios
Involve appropriate specialists/parties in the relationship, when needed, to properly meet clients’ needs
Negotiate terms and conditions for files that conform to risk management standards and profitability criteria
Establish ongoing communication and thorough follow-up with NBF Investment Advisors, to identify IA needs and provide solutions to allow them to maximize sales opportunities with their clients
Deliver on the Advisor Promise at all times
Provide exemplary service and a client-centric experience that align with our nine wealth management service values
Ensure full understanding of the service offering among NBF Investment Advisors.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and ten (10) years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree in a related field and six (6) years of relevant experience
Knowledge of banking products and services in both personal and commercial banking
Exceptional customer service, sales, business development, and negotiations experience
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
Accessible, convenient, proactive, client-centric, agile and accountable
Leadership abilities, autonomy, perseverance, teamwork
Bilingualism (spoken/written) in French and English, as the sector serves both French and English speaking clients
