– Answer calls and re-direct or take messages
– Manage office supply needs
– Book/manage suppliers for office needs
– Handle mail duties
– Assist billing department with data entry
Requirements
– Bilingual English/French
– Education: DEC or BA, or equivalent work experience
– Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
– Working knowledge of Quickbooks or similar accounting software is not required, but is preferred
This is Monday-Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm job at the company headquarters.
