Our client is a US based manufacturer that has significantly grown via expansions. As the company enters is LEAN Transformation phase, they need a Plant Manager to take over a well run plant in Ontario (near Toronto). This is a situation where you can take something that is good, and build it to “great.” This plant runs Monday through Friday and is at full staff. You will have a management and supervisor team working for you. The plant is situated roughly 45 minutes from downtown Toronto.
