Who is Native Shoes looking for?
The Brand Marketing Manager is a new role within the Marketing team. Working closely with our tight-knit Creative, Digital Marketing, and Communications teams, you understand what it takes to connect people and pieces together to develop and implement an omnichannel marketing strategy. You thrive in an ever-changing (and sometimes chaotic) environment. Exceptionally organized, passionate about project management, and a natural connector among people, you will be pivotal to bringing direct-to-consumer, wholesale and partner marketing campaigns to life.

What would I be responsible for?
Partner with the Senior Manager, Marketing to define marketing strategies that grow awareness of our brand, purpose and support revenue goals
Lead strategy and execution of omni-channel campaigns that support new product launches and key seasonal moments, driving traffic to both owned and partnered eCommerce and brick-and-mortar locations, with the objective of increasing the sell through rate of Native Shoes products collections
Responsible for developing and implementing Native Shoes’ first go to market process
Build collaborative and supportive relationships with all members of the Marketing team and key cross functional partners
Brief in any required campaign assets in line with internal workback schedules to ensure on time delivery
Develop concise briefs for channel teams, creative teams and vendors to deliver crisp and aligned work product
Optimize for and iterate on the performance of our campaigns using tools like dashboards, business analysis and reporting
Manage freelancers and vendors, review contracts and maintain strong working relationships
Forecast and maintain asset production budgets per project
Wholesale and Partner Marketing
Act as strategic planning partner with Sales team by identifying seasonal business goals, and strategize account marketing plan accordingly
Act as marketing liaison between Sales and Marketing departments in the execution of the account marketing plans
Manage bespoke collaborations between the brand and key retailer partners
Required Experience
5+ years of Marketing experience in an omnichannel environment, preferably in the fashion or retail industry
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Business Management or equivalent in experience
Prior experience with wholesale and partner marketing would be a plus
Proven ability to develop effective and engaging advertising, storytelling, and integrated marketing campaigns
Demonstrated project management experience in complex environments with demanding time frames
Skilled at building collaborative, effective and mutually rewarding relationships within internal and external partners
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Keen attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
