In addition to focusing on achieving pharmacy excellence in the areas of customer service, workflow efficiency, and inventory control, the Assistant is in charge of identifying and scheduling professional clinical services.*Responsibilities*:* Assist the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Manager with daily operations of the Pharmacy Department* Keep track of pharmacy stocks by ordering, receiving, and switching out supplies and stock.* Manage customer prescription pick-up and assist with prescription preparation and compounding of prescriptions.* Third party adjudication* Blister packing medications* Other jobs & duties, as assigned_Qualifications & Skills:_* Experience in Kroll* Experience working in a retail environment* Above average communication skills (both oral and written)* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail* Ability to work independently as well as within a team*_Neighbourly Pharmacy _*_is an equal opportunity employer.
