The role:

As a Marketing Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing efforts by creating and managing communication templates and CRM systems, streamlining workflows, and analyzing data. The Marketing Operations Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance campaign performance, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:

• Communication Template Creation and Maintenance: Create and maintain templates for various marketing communications, including emails, newsletters, push notifications, and in app messaging. Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure consistent brand tone and voice.
• Workflow Strategy Build and Maintenance: Develop and manage marketing workflows, including lead scoring, email automation, and campaign tracking. Continuously optimize workflows for maximum efficiency and alignment with business goals.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in marketing processes and workflows, proposing and implementing solutions for improved efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with loyalty, marketing, and creative teams to establish standardized processes for campaign execution and data integrity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with lifecycle marketing, creative, and other relevant departments to align marketing strategies with overall business goals. Participate in meetings to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization suggesting A/B testing strategies. Develop regular reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to marketing and leadership teams.

Who were looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing operations, or a related role.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets. Knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
