net2phone Canada is seeking an entrepreneurial, passionate, detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to help cultivate relationships with new customers while improving overall customer engagement. As an Onboarding Success Specialist, you will manage multiple projects to drive value for our customers, helping to reaffirm their purchase decision and solidify our reputation as Canada’s #1 Business VoIP Provider.
You will guide customers through various milestones on their journey to being fully implemented and self-sufficient. Every day will be different; providing challenges and learning opportunities in an extremely rewarding environment. What we’re looking for:
- Organizational skills. The ebbs and flows of customer implementations can be challenging to manage. You’ll use cloud-based tools like Salesforce, internal processes, and your own organizational skills to ensure no customer is left behind.
- Business curiosity. You can’t help a customer’s business if you don’t understand it.
- Product expertise. New customers have lots of questions. They’ll rely on you to train their team and recommend solutions that fit their needs.
- Excellent communication skills. When dealing exclusively with new customers, it’s crucial that they understand all written and verbal communication.
- Genuine desire to help customers. Relationship building is a key component of this role. Implementation of a new phone solution can be stressful for customers. Your job is to make the transition to net2phone seamless and enjoyable.
Bonus points if you:
- Have used Salesforce before
- Are bilingual
- Have customer service experience
- Have technical knowledge (networking, SIP etc.)

Your Responsibilities:
- Establish a trusted adviser relationship with customers to ensure their overall satisfaction with Versature Communications Corp O/A net2phone Canada.
- Educate customers and give them proactive assistance as they onboard and configure their services.
- Understand and assess customers’ business objectives to ensure deployment and adoption activities are aligned to a compelling vision and strategy.
- Evaluate status of customers progress and propose solutions to different resources (training, webinars, videos, blog posts,or screen sharing.)
- Assisting with account configurations, rebuilds, fixes etc.our the OnBoarding team to potential customers.
- Maintain product expertise across the Versature Communications Corp O/A net2phone Canada product line.
- Identify common customer challenges and work with the whole Customer Success team to proactively address them through a variety of mediums and channels.
- Assist with processing hardware return and managing in-office and CRM inventory.

This is an in office, full time position.

Salary: $40,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
