Neurotrack combines validated science with cutting-edge technology to help our participants manage and improve their cognitive health. Through the use of technology & testing, we assess recognition memory and hippocampal impairment that can predict someone’s current cognitive status and future risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease. We also deliver a memory health program to help those at risk for Alzheimer’s maintain and even improve their cognitive function. Through a combination of exercise, diet, sleep, stress management, cognitive engagement and social interaction, our users work with our software and human coaches develop personalized goals and make small adjustments to their health that lead to large changes over time.
Neurotrack Health Coach
Neurotrack is looking for a highly motivated individual to guide patients through a seamless end-to-end healthcare service experience. The Neurotrack Health Coach will be focused on ensuring patients onboard and engage successfully with the Neurotrack Healthcare ecosystem by moving patients through different phases of care from initial cognitive testing through consultation, intervention and ongoing engagement. Reporting directly to the Head of Care Management, you will help grow Neurotrack’s Coaching program by working with individuals on health, wellness & lifestyle goals.

What You Will Do:
Assisting our individuals from Neurotrack’s partnerships through complex health-related questions
Provide individual support for participants to foster understanding and engagement in Neurotrack’s memory health program
Provide exceptional follow up through timely response to participant questions, concerns and motivational needs
Learn and understand Neurotrack program content intimately so program delivery can be structured and standardized based on company guidelines
Develop insights to help iterate and improve the memory health program
Learn HIPAA process and maintain standards along with appropriate scope of practice
Work cross functionally with product & operations teams by sharing insights from coaching experience to help inform the development of Neurotrack’s products
What You Have:
College degree in a health related field (kinesiology, exercise science, nutrition, psychology, etc.)
Familiarity, comfort, and confidence with technology and start-up culture
Prior experience interfacing with different patient populations
Comfort working within a changing environment and being able to make changes and iterate fast, when needed
Demonstrated skill set and experience in health, behavioral and wellness coaching focused on helping people achieve and maintain personalized goals
Ability to build rapport with patients including providing culturally competent care without regard to race, religion, gender identity, or any other status protected by law
Prior experience in group facilitation (support groups, activity based groups such as meditation, monthly book club, games, etc)
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
High level of independence with excellent time management skills and the ability to pursue multiple priorities to meet established deadlines
National Board Certification (NBC-HWC) and/or graduation from an accredited Coach Training Program preferred (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, CoachU Core Essentials Program, Health Coach Institute Dual Life and Health Coaching Certification, etc.)
Advanced analytical & problem solving skills
Prior experience with typing, multitasking and customer service skills
