New Hope Properties Looking for Bookkeeper – Part-Time at Cambridge, ON Full Time

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable for commercial tenant rent and utilities.
• Manage tenant relations and coordinate requests for repairs and maintenance, understanding of rent charges, lease issues, and other tenant concerns.
• Review all tenant billings, prepare rent rolls, enforce tenant compliance, and perform landlord obligations.
• Serve as a back-up for various accounting and administrative functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other related field is an asset
• Experience in and working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general bookkeeping.
• Advanced proficiency with Simply or other accounting software and spreadsheet programs and applications
• Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• High level of integrity, confidentially, and accountability.
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
• Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
• Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week

Salary: From $22.00 per hour
