We are seeking an organized Quality Assurance Admin Assistant to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, you will work with the QA department of the company in the comfort of your home.
We are looking for a strong team player, eager to build a career in a fast-growing company, fast and flexible in adopting new systems and technologies, and with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualifications:
With VA experience relating to being a QA Admin
Bachelor’s degree preferred BS in Psychology, BS in Social Works, BS in Public Health or any related courses
Two years of equivalent experience working in a legal office or quality assurance department setting
Preferred minimum 2 years experience working in health care or mental health-related field
Prior experience handling case records is a must
Strong competency in HIPAA rules and regulations
Team-oriented mindset and ability to function independently
Your primary job duties will include:
File, organize, and store mail for medical record requests
Process, file, and organize client grievances
Process and record all medical records requests that come from insurance, patients, and all other parties
Rate: $3- $4 an hour
