- Provide New Business Development for Permanent Hiring
- Develop a Top Notch candidate Pipeline through Networking events
- Source Candidates using internal CRM / LinkedIn / LinkedIn Recruiter / Job Boards
- Permanent placements recruitment for existing clients across Canada Prepare and Present candidates for their next career opportunity
Qualifications
- 5 + years of Previous experience working in the Recruitment industry
- A solid track record of developing relationships with active and passive candidates through networking / emailing / cold calling
- Strong understanding of Canadian recruitment market
- Strong communication skills (Writing / Speaking / Listening)
- An Entrepreneurial spirit driven to succeed
- Tremendous organizational skills
