You will manage the process from the moment a client walks through our doors until their vehicle service or repair job is successfully completed. This includes efficiently receiving customers, accurately documenting their vehicle problems, and offering suitable maintenance and repair solutions. Your goal is to build mutually beneficial relationships with customers, ensuring their vehicle issues are promptly and efficiently resolved, and work as part of a passionate team to maximize our dealership’s performance.
Key Responsibilities
Building and nurturing client relationships, advising on and selling the most appropriate vehicle service and maintenance solutions
Ability to collect diagnostic information, conduct quality audits and process service information
Accurately estimating time of service or repair job for efficient scheduling
Frequently communicating with customers, providing estimates on service and repairs, and explaining our scheduling system
Working closely with Technicians to obtain information on necessary vehicle repairs
Offering expert advice on automotive systems and repairs to customers of varying levels of technical understanding
Networking within all dealership departments to ensure a smooth service process
