In this role, you will be a crucial part of our operations, directly involved in diagnosing vehicle situations, completing vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring quality control, administration, and interdepartmental relations. This involves understanding and responding to the needs of each particular vehicle situation, accurately diagnosing and repairing issues, managing your time effectively, and working as part of a dedicated team to maximize our operational performance.
Key responsibilities:
Diagnosing and repairing vehicle issues based on your knowledge of automotive systems
Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge and relevant certifications
Understanding and correctly interpreting work orders to diagnose and address issues
Communicating effectively with Service Consultants and the Parts Department, including the ability to explain complex systems and repairs to others
Documenting repairs performed on completed customer service orders and understanding the parts requirements for each job
Adhering to established service and repair procedures and complying with quality control & inspection requirements
Staying organized, planning work effectively, and clocking in and out when working on repairs

The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes as needed
