• Sort, organize, and file physical and digital documents for easy access and retrieval.
• Create and update spreadsheets, reports, and other documents as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
• Conduct routine data audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to maintain confidentiality and data security.
• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities to streamline data entry operations.
• Provide administrative support to other team members as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills.
• Proficient in using data entry software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fast and accurate typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Prior experience in data entry or related field is a plus.
