WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Responsible for the management of all Accounts Payable functions for NFI Group.
• Provide appropriate training /cross training, coaching and development of staff.
• Analyze and coordinate AP workload.
• Prepare weekly AP disbursements report for NFI Group.
• Prepare and maintain month end and quarter end Accounts Payable requirements.
• Oversee AP Automation, payment processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage aging and cash control.
• Manage and support credit card programs.
• Maintain key relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Development of departmental KPI’s.
• Interface with internal departments, responding to questions and concerns.
• Develop, implement, maintain systems, procedures, and policies to ensure ICFR controls, efficiencies, and adherence to company policies.
• Support projects and initiatives for Back Office.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Bachelor’s degree in business/accounting or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• More than Five years’ experience in Accounts Payable.
• Good leadership/managerial experience is required.
• Detailed knowledge of Accounts Payable Management.
• Strong communications skills both oral and written.
• Good computer skills (MS Office suite).
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, and ability to prioritize within a faced paced environment.
