Job Title: Salesforce Project Manager

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 15+ years of experience in Information Technology
Job Description-
- Manage projects from initialization to acceptance and production of Front and Back Office servers or Core Banking
- Overall project management and change management with business teams
- Carry out the overall management of the work, ensuring compliance with the budget, deadline and quality commitments made to the Finance Department
- Guarantee the proper conduct of the project from its functional and technical design to its deployment (monitoring of deadlines vs. quality of delivery, coordination of internal and external processes, monitoring of budgets, keeping of reports and indicators, etc.)
- A professional with a university degree or equivalent with a financial specialization
- Equipped with at least 3 years of experience in capital market or core banking industry as a Project Manager
- A team player with good communication skills and a self-starter who needs minimum support
- An excellent written and verbal communicator (in English)
