We’re searching for a Customer Experience Associate at Noa Home to play an integral role in managing day-to-day customer experience and e-commerce operations across all of our global markets, in their respective time-zones, during the upcoming holiday period.
The selected candidate will focus on delivering exceptional customer service by managing all customer communications across our email, phone, live chat, live video calls and social media support channels. Providing friendly, welcoming and prompt customer support at all times is of utmost importance to our brand.
