We’re searching for a Customer Experience Associate at Noa Home to play an integral role in managing day-to-day customer experience and e-commerce operations across all of our global markets, in their respective time-zones, during the upcoming holiday period.

The selected candidate will focus on delivering exceptional customer service by managing all customer communications across our email, phone, live chat, live video calls and social media support channels. Providing friendly, welcoming and prompt customer support at all times is of utmost importance to our brand.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Deliver above-and-beyond customer service through phone, email, live chat, video calls and social media support channels.

• Liaise with our third-party transporters across Singapore, Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom to ensure operational efficiency relating to logistics, customer deliveries, warehousing, inventory audits and more.

• Enter and review ERP data on a daily basis.

• Manage new and existing customer orders.

• Experience in customer service / call centre (1-3 years).

• Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 6pm – 12am EST
