Position Title: Human Resources Specialist

Location: Esterhazy, SK

Start Date: Full Time

Closing: Position will remain open until a successful candidate is hired

Responsibilities:

• Processing employee’s onboard/offboard benefits (RRSP, DPSP, Group Insurance) and ensure system accuracy in employee data
• Be the primary contact for HR benefits and drive a positive experience for the employees
• Collaborate with our payroll team on special cases (Bonus payouts, parental leave, vacation)
• Reconcile Group Insurance monthly invoices
• Drafting job posts, screening candidates, and communicating with both successful and unsuccessful candidates
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations
• Provide HR administrative assistance as requested

Skills and Qualifications:

• Human Resources Degree or Diploma
• 1-2 years’ experience in Human Resources
• Understanding HR, ERP, payroll, and recruitment systems
• Service orientated and capable of communicating with staff at all levels
• High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism
• High level of confidentiality
