Job Description:
Position: Personal Support Worker
– Provide meaningful companionship and stimulation for clients with advanced Dementia.
– Assist with personal care, medication reminders, and safe transfers.
– Plan and prepare meals, and assist with eating.
– Provide light housekeeping as directed by the family.
Effective Date: Immediately!
We are looking for PSWs with availability and flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.
Skills and Qualifications:
– Personal Support Worker Certificate from a PSW School in Ontario.
– Community home care experience preferred.
– Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills required.
– Dementia care education and experience preferred.

Salary: $21 per hour
