As a sales and customer service representative, you will assist Canada’s largest telecommunication company clients by answering their questions and promoting various communication products and services. This is the ideal position for anyone with excellent sales skills who is motivated to achieve results and enjoys interacting with people!
Here’s what your day will look like:
In this role, you will:
Respond to customer requests related to television, Internet, and telephone products;
Promote complementary solutions according to customer’s needs and habits;
When required, transfer the client to the most appropriate department regarding their demand.
Here’s what you need to join the team:
Excellent customer service skills – Thanks to your friendly and sociable nature, you know how to establish a connection with the customer! Great interest in technologies – You like being up to date with new technologies and enjoy sharing your knowledge with clients!
Strong interest in developing sales skills – We’re looking for people with a background in a sales environment or willing to learn how to acquire this highly sought skill!
Excellent communication skills, oral and written;
Ability to work in a computerized environment; and strong multi-tasking skills
Experience in sales, customer service, or in a call center, a great asset!
High school diploma or the equivalent, completed;
Availability to work in the following time-slots:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm;
Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm;
You must be able to work from home (an asset). You can discuss this in more detail with our recruitment team.
