What Nordia offers:
- An hourly wage of $17.10 after training (including a $2.85 premium on hours worked);
- Bonuses for bilingualism (if applicable) and weekend hours;
- A fully paid training and coaching program;

Hours of Operation:
- Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.
- Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Must reside in the hiring location ;
- Must have a minimum of 25 MBPS of high speed internet;
- Must have a dedicated space and not be disturbed during your shift.

What your day will look like:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide support to assist and respond to various inquiries from Canada Post customers, such as their delivery status, redirected mail, rates and general inquiries. This is a non-sales position that focuses solely on customer service. Add to that the ability to work from the comfort of your own home – what could be better?
Finally, a flexible schedule is essential. We need to be able to serve customers when they need us (daytime, evenings or weekends) – that’s the nature of customer service!
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English and French);
- Ability to perform various tasks simultaneously in a computerized environment;
- Excellent attention to detail and a genuine desire to help others – customer service and problem solving are your strengths!
- Must be available full time during the training period;
- Ability to work from home (an asset). You can discuss this in more detail with our recruiting team.
