Reporting to the Library Chair, the Digital Literacy Librarian supports students in becoming critical consumers and creators of digital information through developing and delivering a sustainable program of digital literacy to students across all disciplines. Shaping library approaches to digital pedagogy and guiding the integration of digital literacy into library curriculum and programming, the Digital Literacy Librarian delivers library instruction through multiple channels using a variety of approaches and methodologies. The Digital Literacy Librarian collaborates in the development and leading of targeted initiatives to enhance the digital and critical thinking skills of learners and provides academic support to learners 1:1 at the library desk or by appointment, and in the classroom through the delivery of course-integrated instruction.

SALARY: Reflective upon what you bring AKA your education and experience. This is a full-time permanent and includes immediate access to our great pension and benefit programs. This is a Faculty role therefore the pay range is quite large, the Faculty Association agreement Appendix A o utlines how pay is determined.
This role will require regular on-campus work at our Downtown Edmonton location.
