Nortek Air Solutions Looking for Sales Application Engineer at Anjou, Quebec Full Time

Under the Sales Manager, the Sales Application Engineer is the key to success for the product delivered to the customer. He (she) is responsible for the product sales process to customers, from the submission of custom-made products to the design and all the steps for putting them into production. His role is central in coordinating requests from the client, sales representatives, and all company departments to represent our client internally.

The Sales Applications Engineer will in particular:

Be the single internal voice for all customer requests.
Provide technical support to all stakeholders in the realization of the project.
Assist the sales representative to meet customer requests.
Review technical drawings, analyze them, and provide the necessary information.
Prepare bids and ensure the validity of the price structure submitted.
Submit a list of specific technical components.
Manage all changes to contracts and ensure the viability of the project.
Ensure complete project management including the use of data systems.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Technical or engineered based).
Have experience in industrial sales.
Bilingualism is essential: English and French
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD or any other technical drawing software
Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
Possess excellent customer service skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills
