Reporting directly to the Corporate Planning Manager, this position will provide administrative support for the Long Range Planning team. This individual will be responsible for various monthly reports, assisting the team in maintaining the component assets in the Equipment Master and data entry projects.
Provide monthly equipment and component hour reports to our vendors.
Maintain the Change Out Master Report on a weekly basis.
Create work orders to support the Capital Component Forecast.
Create work orders to support campaign and product improvements requested by Reliability.
Process tire change outs sheets and maintain the tire tracking data in the Equipment Master.
Assist Long Range Planning team in maintaining Component Assets in Equipment Master.
Assist document control with scanning documents and work orders into JDE.
Assist Long Range Planning team with various data entry projects.
Related Office Administration Diploma/Certificate supplemented with specialized training in business administration.
Three years of experience relating to office administration.
Related experience and/or training in equipment planning is an asset.
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (intermediate or advanced in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Business letter writing skills and basic report preparation.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Able to multitask under tight deadlines while setting priorities and maintaining organizational skills.
Polished and professional with strong attention to detail.
Salary Range: $51,650.00 to $62,284.00 per annum
