REQUIREMENTS:

Certification/Degree in Human Resources or Marketing Required.
Hands on experience with Marketing and Recruitment.
Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives.
Works well in a team environment, but also displays initiative and must be able to work independently.
Should be available to work full time.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.

JOB DUTIES:

Recruitment: Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc. Advertising and soliciting resumes from qualified candidates, screening resumes and applications for suitability; conducting initial screening interviews, both telephone and personal.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans.
Answer incoming calls and address those needs/requirements appropriately.
