What is it?
The Service Appointment Coordinator is the first point of contact for customers coming into our Dealership’s Service Department. Their knowledge, professionalism and etiquette assist in building lasting relationships with customers. Service Appointment Coordinators receive requests from Customers for service appointments for their vehicle by various means, then advise Customers on available booking times, coordinating the appointment to best suit the Customer’s needs, best practices for keeping their vehicles safe and properly maintained, making and confirming appointments with the Service Team. Service Appointment Coordinators work with the Service Teams to provide the outstanding service that our customers have come to expect.
The Service Appointment Coordinator joining our team will be fully trained on all processes and software they will be using, including the overall aspects of the Service Departments of the dealership. Understanding how the Service Department teams work together is key to this success. Teams work together and learn from the best.
Service Appointment Coordinator is required to provide each customer with a personalized service experience, to foster excellent relationships within the dealership and effectively communicate to all involved. This position also requires you to provide each customer with an experience that earns the right to their business.
The working hours for this position will typically be day shifts with occasional weekends or evening shifts.
A primary objective of the Palladino Auto Group is to grow and develop our Team Members. There will be enough growth and development opportunities that can help people build careers.
What do I need?
The minimum schooling requirement is a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in customer service is preferred.
