Job Description
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will work closely with our design team, production team, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating and maintaining project schedules
- Tracking project progress and communicating updates to the team and clients
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Managing project budgets and expenses
- Conducting quality control checks to ensure that final products meet client specifications
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Experience in the fabrication and printing industry is a plus
