Position: Parts Manager
North-Way Chrysler is currently looking to expand our team by adding a Parts Manager. The successful candidate will work with our service techs in the shop and take phone call orders as well as receive and organize parts. The successful candidate must be bilingual.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the parts department for retail and wholesale customers
- Utilize proper purchasing and inventory control procedures
- Handle parts inventory and track parts expenses
- Train and supervise parts counter associates
- Handle stock order procedures
- Resolve customer complaints courteously and professionally
- Stay up to date with manufacturer warranty policies and return procedures
- Maintain parts and accessory pricing using computer systems
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized parts room and area.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an automotive parts department role.
- Knowledge of automotive DMS systems (PBS Preferred)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong work ethic and team mindset
- Proven ability to work in and improve a process-driven environment.
- Knowledge of parts inventory systems and procedures.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.

Salary:
Pay rate according to experience
