Position: Chrysler Service Writer
North Way Chrysler is currently looking to expand our team by adding a Chrysler Service Writer.
Responsibilities:
- Answering Calls, Scheduling Appointments, and interacting with customers and mechanics/technicians
Qualifications:
- Strong Communication Skills
- Knowledge of computers to input customer information
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Knowledge of Warranty Policies
- Knowledge of Chrysler products and vehicles.
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Salary and Benefits:
$20 /hour
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: One location
