Coordinate, schedule and facilitate financial meetings involving all Hospital programs including room set up, and minute taking.
Provide direct support to Finance Director including booking meetings, filing and assisting on projects.
Maintaining Finance department calendars.
Finance reception including answering questions and directing visitors.
Mail processing including organizing, circulating, filing and delivering incoming and outgoing mail.
Provide assistance in the areas of photocopying/faxing at peak times, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Maintain departmental reporting log
Prepare bank deposits.
Organize and maintain filing and storage and retrieval systems for the department, through electronic or physical filing.
Data entry into the accounting system including processing of employee and physician reimbursements.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Post-secondary diploma or degree required, preferably with experience in business administration.
Training in accounting or bookkeeping an asset.
Working knowledge of SAP required
Minimum two years of office administrative experience.
Experience with accounting and banking required.
Bilingualism in English/French is an asset.
