Position Summary:
Under the Senior Director of Academic Operations and Global Campus Programs in the College of Professional Studies (CPS), the Assistant Director for Faculty and Program Operations (Regional Campuses) provides innovative support to the college’s faculty in region, in collaboration with the Boston-based CPS academic team, regional campus leadership teams, and regional campus student facing staff. This position collaborates closely with the Toronto campus Associate Dean.
The primary focus of this position is to develop and implement robust strategies to ensure the growth and success of the CPS programs and students amongst Northeastern’s global campus network in Toronto, Seattle, Bay Area and Vancouver.
To ensure a top-tier learner experience, this position will manage all on-ground CPS program administrative activities at regional campuses, including program delivery support for CPS programs; serve as liaison between regional-based and Boston-based programs/operations; advise faculty on administrative and student-related matters and resources that support college’s regional campus experience for faculty affairs; and be the point of contact for pressing student and faculty matters that require immediate escalation, guidance or intervention from Boston based leadership.
