This is a demanding role that requires a unique skillset. Candidates should be able to articulately explain products and services Northern Aqua Technologies provides and also provide solutions to existing problems in the industry. You will be the voice of the company and must be able to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision. We take Customer Service very seriously and this role is essential to the team’s success.
Requirements
- You care deeply for customer support, solving customers existing issues and providing accurate results to customers
- You are willing to set and tackle goals regularly
- You are not afraid to ask for help when something is outside of your skillset
- Articulate communication skills in all situations
- You will need your own vehicle
Bonus :
