This full-time temporary school administrative secretary position involves providing main office financial and secretary services. The successful candidate would work closely with the administration and staff. The successful candidate will have familiarity with the operation of Microsoft Office 365 software (Word, Excel) on Windows computers, possess strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, be familiar with basic office procedures and professional telephone protocol. Financial literacy is essential as this position is responsible for processing, tracking, and managing all financial activities within the school. Inventory management experience would be considered an asset.
The position would commence as soon as possible until November 30, 2022. The salary depends upon experience and qualifications.
