As our Stators Manufacturing Manager, you will use your proven leadership ability, creativity, and problem-solving skills to plan, produce, and deliver downhole power section stators at our Nisku, Alberta facility.
JOB SUMMARY:
You will lead your team in safely delivering high-quality products, on time to delivery expectations, at a competitive cost. You will also drive performance improvement in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Innovation, and Employee Engagement. You will accomplish this by managing all aspects of product delivery, from raw material through shipment, using an efficient layout of equipment and flow of materials. You and your team will collaborate with product engineering, sales, operations, suppliers, and logistics/compliance to identify and understand problems, determine root causes, and drive the implementation of solutions throughout the facility.
This position reports to and is the main developmental path for, the Director of Operations for the Nisku facility.
