Automotive Parts Advisor – Auto Parts and Supply

Novalex Auto Parts Inc. is a leading brand in Auto Supply, and we are looking for automotive supply enthusiasts who enjoy helping others and want to grow in the industry. Our company is a key player in the After-market Auto Supply sector currently with 3 locations and expanding.
As an Automotive Parts Advisor, you will be the frontline associate to customers, helping with their auto maintenance/repair needs, offering solutions and products, and providing the best service to build strong customer relationships. Your role will be essential in business development and helping the business grow.
You will
· Provide customer support to retail customers in person and on the phone
· Assist other Novalex workshops with information on products and supplies when needed
· Provide information to customers about warranties, pricing, parts quality, delivery times, payment methods and other info requested by customers.
· Analyze and provide remedies for problem areas related to customer service, product availability, pricing, and deficiencies.
· Handle product delivery and shipping paperwork as required.
· Keep detailed records of all inquiries and service recommendations
· Work closely with the purchasing department on inventory availability and pricing.
· Support office staff with administrative tasks and reports
· Keep the front desk organized and tidy
· Participate in product and sales training and internal meetings as required
· Perform other related duties as needed

Requirements
· Keen interest in the Auto Supply sector
· Minimum 1 year experience in the automotive parts industry, or equivalent college diploma in Automotive
· Knowledge of automotive operating systems, including electronic catalogue lookup
· Solution-oriented with a result-driven mindset
· Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work
· Ability to respond to inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
· A desire to learn
