Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as a key contact and resource for corporate sponsorship, event planning (internal and external events), and trade show and conference planning and execution.
Administer the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), create new entities, maintain information for real-time accuracy, generate reporting structure and workflows, and train new system users.
Support relationship-building and selling activities for the sales and senior leadership team.
Attend, participate, and provide marketing support to sales meetings as required.
Plan, develop, and execute marketing communications campaigns including, but limited to direct mail, e-mail marketing, social media, public relations, tradeshows, enewsletters, digital marketing, and e-commerce initiatives.
Actively communicate both verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders, clients, and potential clients.
Manage the development of marketing assets with internal teams, external agencies, and graphic design support.
Create and foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Support the creation of new relationships and maintain existing relationships with third-party associations (agencies, Government officials, consultants, and suppliers).
Support the tracking and reporting of ROI on all major marketing activities and campaigns.
Assist with the collection and analysis of market, web, and internet data as appropriate and required.
Manage Novari corporate and product branding, communications and marketing materials, and branding aesthetics to ensure consistency and high level of brand awareness.
Support and manage the development of marketing plans and budgets for the various software products Novari has to offer.
Manage tradeshows and conferences and related marketing communications activities associated with Novari’s participation.
Actively maintain Novari website including content, graphic design and assets, etc., manage development with external agency for redesigns, updates, and development changes.
Manage the executive teams schedule and calendars, as well as provide administrative support when needed.
Create, maintain, and update corporate slide decks and communication materials used by executive and sales team members.
Plan and execute company-wide events (e.g., Novari Day at the Lake, holiday parties, luncheons, milestone celebrations, etc.)
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum in 3 to 5 years of marketing communications or related experience.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or business.
Experience in managing events, sponsorships, and professional communication.
Excellence in both oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work confidently and enthusiastically with all levels within the organization.
Advanced skills and experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and database management (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Sales Force, etc.).
Experience with website management (WordPress).
Familiarity with marketing communications automation technology (Click Dimensions, lead scoring, webforms, etc.).
Experience working in Adobe Creative Cloud is considered an asset (InDesign, Illustrator, Captivate, etc.).
Strong project management, research, and analytical skills.
Ability to prioritize and perform in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
A strong attention to detail, and above-average coordination, and organizational skills.
Self-starter attitude with ability to work independently, have a proactive approach to bring new ideas to the team.
Desire to work both independently and in a team-based environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
Working Conditions:
Work weeks are five days a week, approximately 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours of work each week unless otherwise agreed upon by their manager.
Novari offers a flexible work environment and allows working from home when appropriate. Our team is currently working remotely but will move towards being back in the office safely as advised by our local public health agency.
Employee may sit for long periods of time.
Prolonged periods of time viewing computer monitor and keyboarding.
Tight deadlines, with multiple and rapidly changing priorities.
Interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Open concept office floor plans can mean noise and a regular flow of people around the office.
Employee may be required to travel (overnight) occasionally.
