Your responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Hire top talent, and provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to a Strategic Partner Team.
  • Foster close collaboration and coordination with cross-functional team and broader enterprise objectives and teams (Strategy, BEE, Sales, Medical, Comms & PE, Value & Access/NPP, PA, IMLT)
  • Shaping the Oncology ecosystem & Patient Journey in partnering with strategic accounts and regional health systems,
  • You and your team will engage & build strategic alliances with key stakeholders within the TA eco-system in key accounts to enable strong mkt preparation and product readiness, prepare new indications, unlock innovation and create new opportunities and partnerships that drive TA strategic imperatives
  • You and your team will make sure we change the course of breast cancer in Canada, optimizing every step of the patient journey (screening, diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring), working in close collaboration with the Healthcare system field squad team in Value & Access to deliver on our promise of accelerating access to innovative cancer therapies to patients
  • You and your team will lead the development of detailed, dynamic and cross-functional strategic account plans in tier 1 academic Oncology centers who has an influence in the provincial healthcare systems by gaining ongoing stakeholder insights
  • You will oversee the development of medium- and long-term strategy and services (ie: value added solutions to shorten the time to treatment) for tier 1 academic centers in assigned geography and assess scalability; working closely with BEE, Value & Access/NPP and the Strategy Director.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 7-10 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 3 years in people management role and strategic leadership role.
  • Experience in the following areas: Strategic leadership / People management / Experience in Value & Access and Healthcare systems / Oncology.
  • Experience in Value & Access and developing key external partnership within the Healtcare system in Oncology is as asset.
  • Business & enterprise mindset / Strategic Thinking / People Management / Digital & Tech savvy / Healthcare system thinking process / Managing change / Opearational excellence /
  • Bilingual: English and French (a must)
