Responsibilities
- Processing orders and confirming back to the customers
- Checking stock in the system & requesting Production
- Checking emails & answering the phone
- Preparing Interbranch Transfer Entries when needed.
- Reporting customers complaints
- Filing & boxing
- Filling in for any team CSR when the need arises (Including front desk for invoicing)
- Processing credits & returns when needed
- Processing additional customer service tasks when needed
- Utilising the inventory management system to determine order requirements
- · Managing back orders and credits
- Liaising with production scheduling to fulfil customer orders
- Liaising with warehouse to schedule deliveries
- Problem solving with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform other general office duties
Qualifications
- Manufacturing Experience is a strong asset
- Bachelor Degree is an asset
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- French is an asset.
- 1-3 years experience in field relative to the department.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work proactively and respond to critical business issues with a high sense of urgency.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
