Job Requirements:
- Help customers using zoom, facetime, over the phone or in person
- Serve as a customer service professional inputting order information, pricing, product information and catalog requests
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through timely, accurate and professional communication
- Work alongside executive staff members to streamline efforts
- Learn our ERP system
