Main responsibilities:
1. (45%): Identify the quantities of parts to order as well as the required reception dates, taking into account the appropriate parameters
• Place orders on time with approved suppliers
• Negotiate prices, terms and conditions of purchase

2. (30%): Follow up and follow up on all orders
3. (10%): Manager of suppliers under his category.
• Be the main point of contact between suppliers and Nuera-air and ensure that good business relations are maintained.
• Follow up on key performance indicators regarding compliance with contracts with suppliers and take the necessary corrective actions.
4. (5%): Identify potential problems and identify possible solutions to minimize stockouts and impact on production.
5. (5%): Actively participate in the implementation of new contracts and cost reduction projects.
6. Carry out special mandates and any other related project.

Qualifications required
– DEC in supply management or equivalent experience
– Spoken and written bilingualism (English and French), Spanish an asset
– Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
– Knowledge of Kanban system, Min-Max.
– Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
– Knowledge of the Maximum system (asset)
