Nurturing Behaviours is looking for skilled Instructor Therapists who have experience working with children with autism in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis. This is an employee-based position that includes a health benefits package, and 2 weeks paid vacation. The position begins as part time, however grows to full time hours. These hours include working with multiple children throughout the day and evening, weekends optional. The hours are flexible, and can be built around your personal needs. Travel between clients is paid.
Responsibilities:
- Graphing data
- Providing one-to-one therapy in clinic, client homes, community locations, and private schools.
- Maintaining organized program binders and materials
- Attending team meetings
- Completing notes and data related to direct hours
- Assisting in covering missed one-to-one hours
- Assisting in completing reassessments
- Completing an Incident Report in the event of an accident/injury
- Reading and becoming familiar with the learner’s signed consents
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Education and or Clinical background in applied behavioural analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in behaviour analysis, psychology, or related field.
- Must provide a recent (within 6 months) criminal record check / Vulnerable Sector
- Must have a vehicle and 2 million dollars insurance. Transportation of clients may be required.
Part-time hours: 15-35 per week
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
