The Position:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Clinic Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing customer service, facilitating communication, coordinating staff training, and supporting the integration of the many offerings we provide at NutriChem.

• Schedule and manage appointments for 8+ clinicians
• Efficiently check patients in/out
• Maintaining patient records
• Answering phone and email inquiries
• Collecting payments
• Maintaining a proper workflow of the clinic services (Acupuncture, IV Therapy, Naturopathic Consults, Blood draws)

Knowledge, skills, abilities, experience

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in staff training and development
• Knowledge in nutrition and Naturopathic medicine is an asset
• Strong organizational, problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail
• Ability to embrace the challenge of working in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting with multiple practitioners is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred

Base Salary: $24 – $26 / hour
